The new childcare centre is idyllic located in the new town centre and two village centres surrounded by 108 hectares of open space and recreation areas

The brief called for a new childcare centre that would be integrated with state of the art residential apartments units addressing requirements for a safe environment, provide areas for learning and outdoor play.
The innovative design combines commercial efficiency with environmental sustainability.
Consideration is given to orientation and space efficiency while visually compartmentalising sections of the façade for privacy of the apartments and three dimensionality of each plane of the building as a whole.
